The mission of the Quilts of Valor Foundation is to cover Service Members and Veterans touched by war with comforting and healing Quilts of Valor.
Our guild pieces and quilts the Quilts of Valor that are awarded to the veterans. If you wish to participate in making quilts for this project, please contact Elaine R. by clicking HERE. Quilts are awarded throughout the year and at our November meeting. The veterans are always very moved when we wrap them in their quilts.

QOV Award Ceremony for Col. Larry Greene

Allen Quilters’ Guild awarded Col Larry G. his QOV for his service to our country on Sunday, September 29th with family & friends attending. He served in the U.S. Army from 1968-2010. He was also presented the Vietnam Veteran Pin for his service in Vietnam. Welcome Home!
Members Janice Stebenne and Ellen Rock assisted in awarding the quilt. The quilt was pieced and quilted by member Debra Malone-Reeves.
